Ready to begin planning your trip? We ask for a US $500 customization deposit to begin handcrafting your trip. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your trip.

Review the itinerary and tell us what you think! Your travel consultant will make adjustments until you love every aspect of your trip.
Confirm the trip by paying a booking deposit of 20% of the trip. We will then be able to start booking your trip!
Final payment for the remaining amount of your trip is due no less than 30 days prior to your arrival in Japan.
Welcome to Japan! You will receive a welcome pack at your arrival hotel including your final itinerary, train tickets, and a small welcome gift.
