Today you will learn more about Okinawa’s vibrant history and culture. Discover the World Heritage Sites of Shurijo Castle and the Shikinaen Royal Garden. Try your hand at the ancient art of ‘bingata’ dyeing and indulge in some Okinawan soul food before finishing the day with a visit to the Peace Memorial Park to learn more about Okinawa’s WWII history.

Lace up your hiking boots and head to the Yanbaru forest in the northern part of the island for a full day of exploring winding trails, mangroves, and waterfalls. End the day with a night kayaking tour down a winding river that threads through the area’s largest mangrove forest.
